Why this work matters

From the outside, things looked fine.

Inside that wasn't always true.

After nearly thirty years inside small and mid-sized businesses, there have been times where the numbers looked fine and life did not. The cost showed up in ways I hadn't expected. In my energy, my clarity, and in how I was showing up for the people around me.

I needed help. Mentors were instrumental in my journey and helped me see what I couldn't see from inside my own situation. That experience, and a deep sense of responsibility to pay it forward, is why this work is what I do.

My experience spans over three decades across multiple business functions. From frontline leadership to executive roles, across manufacturing, services and SaaS environments. Leadership responsibilities , in Canada, United States, Europe and South America.

That breadth matters. When a CEO describes a challenge, I have usually lived some version of it, whether in operations, sales, strategy or finance. That's what makes the coaching feel less like advice and more like a conversation with someone who genuinely understands.
